📢 Ingredient Functions:
• All-natural, handmade cold process, with a 45-day curing time.
• Free from preservatives, synthetic fragrances, and palm oil.
• Organic Calendula Petals
Calendula petals not only moisturize the skin but also soothe redness, relieve itching, calm inflammation, and promote skin healing. Their gentle nature makes them suitable for sensitive skin.
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Extra virgin olive oil is the highest quality grade of olive oil, obtained through cold pressing. It is the first pressing of the oil and undergoes no refining processes such as deacidification, decolorization, or deodorization, apart from cleaning or filtering. This preserves all the natural components and benefits of olive oil. The glycerin in olive oil contains unsaturated fatty acids similar to human milk, with linoleic acid and linolenic acid content almost identical to that of breast milk, making it easily absorbed by the skin. Olive oil is also rich in vitamins A, B, D, E, and K, which promote the metabolism of skin cells and hair follicles. The vitamin E and unsaponifiable components help stimulate collagen production, maintaining skin firmness and elasticity, and providing anti-aging benefits.
• Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is an essential oil in handmade soap, offering strong cleansing power and abundant lather, resulting in stable and long-lasting soaps. However, if the proportion is too high, it can be irritating to the skin. Coconut oil is available in two types: cold-pressed and refined. Cold-pressed coconut oil contains more impurities and is not ideal for soap making.
• Castor Oil
Castor oil is a highly moisturizing oil with excellent hydrating properties, soothing and lubricating the skin, while also repairing it and enhancing water absorption. It creates a rich, transparent lather and is gentle and stable.
• Sweet Almond Oil
Rich in vitamins A, B complex, E, and minerals, it has a high oleic acid content providing excellent moisturization and skin-softening properties. Its lower viscosity compared to olive oil and camellia oil makes it lighter and more pleasant to use. Soaps made with it produce fine, durable, and fluffy lather similar to lotion. It melts easily and can deform, so it needs to be balanced with oils that resist dissolution. It is suitable for high-quality facial soaps. Recommended usage: 15-100%.
• Shea Butter
Shea butter is frequently used in high-end skincare products for its excellent moisturizing and skin-softening effects, improving skin texture. Handmade soaps containing shea butter create a noticeable protective layer on the skin after bathing or washing, locking in moisture and providing exceptional hydration.
