รายละเอียดสินค้า

→ Product Introduction Wood firing is one of the oldest ceramic firing methods, primarily using wood as fuel. It requires four days of firing to reach the target temperature. The ash and oils from the burning wood then form a unique outer layer for each wood-fired piece, known as the ash glaze. The artistic value of wood firing speaks for itself. The distinctive ash glaze ensures that no two pieces are exactly alike, making uniqueness its most revered quality. Therefore, wood-fired creations best showcase the artist's personality and highlight the collector's discerning eye for art. Wood-fired ceramics can be broadly categorized into unglazed and glazed firing. Unglazed ware is fired directly without any glaze, revealing the most rustic texture of the wood-fired process. Glazed ware, on the other hand, builds upon the natural ash glaze with the addition of various glazes, resulting in even more diverse and transformative works. Beyond their artistic merit, wood-fired ceramics possess a practical advantage. During firing, the natural carbon adheres to the vessel, making the water or tea brewed in them exceptionally sweet and clear. This inherent quality enhances their functionality, adding practical value to their aesthetic appeal. Consequently, a good wood-fired piece must be not only beautiful but also functional. Master Yeh meticulously adjusts each piece based on his years of experience, ensuring that every item is comfortable to handle and durable. → Product Specifications Wood-fired Teapot, Metallic Sheen, Curved Pattern Capacity: 240ml Dimensions: 9 x 15.3 x 8.5 cm (Length x Width x Height) → Purchase Notes * Most products in this design館 are purely handmade, and the glaze or ash deposit on each piece is unique, which is the charm of ceramic art. Therefore, once a piece is sold out, it will not be restocked, and you won't find an identical one. If a piece you like is purchased by someone else, we regret that you will have to choose another item from our design館. We apologize for any inconvenience. You may also contact the designer to see if a similar piece is available. * Dimensions are measured by hand and may have an error of within 0.5 cm. * Pieces may show some marks from the crafting process, as they are handmade or semi-handmade. These are normal operational traces. * During the firing process, the glaze and ash may distribute naturally, which is normal and a characteristic emphasized by natural glazes. Ceramics are inherently natural. If you have any questions about the product, please send us a private message. * Product images are taken in a studio with adjusted lighting and environment, but no post-production editing is used. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy, as variations will not be considered defects. → Artist Introduction Master Yeh Min-Hsiang Apprenticed under Professor Wu Yu-Tang ◎ Experience 1979: Kiln Department Supervisor, Sanxi Tang Ceramic Company 1986: Founder, Xiangyi Ceramics Studio 1993: Consultant, Ganci Xuan Ceramic Arts Co., Ltd. 1998: Glaze Technical Advisor, Thailand Factory, Shin Chu Pottery Co., Ltd. 1998: Master, Ceramics Department, Yingge Vocational High School 2001: Consultant, Shandong Factory, Ganci Xuan Ceramic Arts Co., Ltd. 2002: Deputy General Manager, Jiaxing Quanyou Handicrafts Co., Ltd. 2003: Production Manager, Shanghai Qidong Huatai Ceramic Products Co., Ltd. 2005: Glaze Technical Advisor, Malaysia Specialty Ceramics Company ◎ Exhibited Works 1995: Wu Yu-Tang Professor and Student Joint Exhibition 2010: Crystal Glaze Appraisal Exhibition, Taiwan Ceramic Museum (Title: Crystal Series Six-Color Cups) 2011: New Ceramic Product Appraisal Exhibition, Taiwan Ceramic Museum (Title: Sky Blue Ru Ware) 2011: Classic Taiwan Ceramic Brands Exhibition, Taiwan Ceramic Museum (Title: Crystal Series Six-Color Cups) 2012: Golden Ceramic Art Award, Taiwan Ceramic Museum (Title: Happiness) 2012: Taiwan Excellent Handicraft Evaluation (Title: Happiness) 2012: Taiwan Lifestyle Craft Design Competition, Food Culture Creative Product (Title: Abundance in Ru Ware) 2013: Selected for Taiwan Excellent Handicrafts (Xiangyi Ceramics Studio) 2013: Yingge Kiln Brand Plan, Taiwan - Featured Tableware Appraisal Exhibition (Sky Blue - Lucky Tea Set) 2013: Yingge Kiln Brand Plan, Taiwan - Featured Tableware Appraisal Exhibition (Temmoku Iron Spot Glaze Bowl) 2013: Taiwan Excellent Handicraft Certificate of Appreciation (Tea Flower Pattern Incense Plate) 2014: Taiwan Creative Lifestyle Ceramics New Product Appraisal Exhibition - (Curved Pattern Teapot Tea Set) 2014: Yingge Kiln Brand Plan, Taiwan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Tea Flower Pattern Incense Plate) 2014: Yingge Kiln Brand Plan, Taiwan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Perfect Tea Set) 2014: Yingge Kiln Brand Plan, Taiwan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Tea Leaf Glaze Covered Bowl) 2014: Top Ten Creative Souvenirs of New Taipei City, Taiwan - Creative Lifestyle Group Award - (Happiness Tea Set) 2015: Yingge Kiln Brand Plan, Taiwan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Elegant Teapot) 2015: Yingge Kiln Brand Plan, Taiwan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Temmoku Cups - Golden, Red Gold, Green Gold, 3 types) 2015: Yingge Kiln Brand Plan, Taiwan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Happiness Tea Set) 2016: Top Ten Creative Souvenirs of New Taipei City, Taiwan - Creative Lifestyle Group Award - (Lucky Tea Set) 2020: "2020 New Taipei City Featured Products Selection" - Nominated in the "Good Living Items" category for "Covered Bowl Tea Ware" 2021: Yingge Kiln Brand Plan, Taiwan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Natural Glaze Coffee Dripper) 2022: National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Center - Taiwan Green Craft Selection - (Natural Glaze Coffee Dripper) 2023: National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Center - Taiwan Green Craft Selection (Maze Dripper) 2023: National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Center - Taiwan Green Craft Selection (Small Rim Cup) 2025: "Where Things Belong" - Lifestyle Ritual Exhibition (Natural Glaze Coffee Dripper) → Design館 Story Located in Yingge, Taiwan, our ceramic studio is deeply rooted in local design and production, offering beautiful and practical ceramic coffee ware.
