・Participants: 6-15 per session (Minimum for class to proceed: 6)

・Class Notes: As the crafting materials contain alcohol and oil-based components, wearing a mask and dark clothing is recommended.

・Transportation: MRT Red Line, "Aozidi Station", Exit 3. Walk straight along Bo'ai 2nd Road for approximately 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "The One Single Person BBQ" across the street. The entrance to the workshop is next to "睦 MARS 創客太空站" (MARS Maker Space). Go straight to the end of the corridor and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class is proceeding before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Regulations on Private Tutoring and Continuing Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Private Schools," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are handled as follows:
A. For refund requests made sixty days or more before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
B. For refund requests made between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
C. For refund requests made between seven days and one day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred new session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot meet the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
* For cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the class, no refunds or date changes will be accepted, as materials and venue arrangements will have already been completed. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
* To ensure fairness for other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・This event is open to individuals aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photographs and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional channels in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
