Are they hypoallergenic? A: Our earring hooks and posts are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced items. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, they are designed to be hypoallergenic. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing the earrings, it is most likely due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual predisposition (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells may easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). Ear sensitivities can stem from various causes, and the earring hook material is not the sole factor. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for clarity on the specific cause, which also protects both parties' rights. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016 and have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, we have not received any customer feedback regarding allergic reactions. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as high humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after ordering?
