Crafted with preserved roses, preserved flowers, and dried flowers. 2. If the item includes sola wood flowers, a fragrance oil will be applied before shipping, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant scent upon receiving the flowers. 3. If you require a handwritten card, please leave a note with your order (within 30 characters). "Care Instructions" 1. Dried and preserved flowers require placement in a well-ventilated, dry environment. Avoid contact with water and direct sunlight or strong light, as light can accelerate color fading. 2. In humid weather, some preserved floral materials may appear translucent. It is recommended to use a dehumidifier to keep the flowers dry. 3. If your arrangement accumulates dust, you can use the lowest setting on a hairdryer to gently blow the dust away. 4. If floral materials develop mold, you can spray them with alcohol, wipe them clean, and allow them to air dry. Severely molded materials should be discarded to prevent affecting other healthy flowers. "Packaging" Items are shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap for protection. Table arrangements include gift box packaging. Flower bouquets come with a bouquet carrier bag. "Order Information" All floral materials are natural plants; no two are perfectly identical, and no two arrangements will be exactly alike. Floral materials are also seasonal. If an item is out of stock, it will be replaced with other suitable floral materials. Please trust the designer's expertise; we design each item with professionalism and aesthetic sensibility. "After-Sales Service" 1. Table arrangements are packaged with the utmost care for shipping. Minor shedding of dried flowers during transit is inevitable; please be accepting of this before placing your order. 😊 2. For large table arrangements, shipping will be via "Express Delivery" or "Black Cat Express." "Self-pickup" (near MRT Fuzhong Station) is also highly welcomed.
