After finishing your drink, disassemble all parts for cleaning and wait until they are dry before reassembling. This prevents mold, discoloration, and odor retention. ◾ Leak-proof Ring Removal Instructions: 1 Use a thin, pointed, flat tool (e.g., the tip of the straw brush) to help pry up the leak-proof ring. 2 Tap the inside of the cup lid against your palm (do not tap on hard objects). This will make the leak-proof ring easier to remove. ◾ Leak-proof Ring Installation Instructions: For the straw lid's leak-proof ring, install with the "wider side facing down." For the cup lid's leak-proof ring, install with the "recessed part facing inward." | HOW TO CLEAN | We recommend cleaning with a "soft sponge" and "neutral detergent." Avoid using scrubbers, steel wool, or other materials that may scratch the surface. For stubborn dirt, consider using natural cleaning agents like "baking soda" or "white vinegar," and you can also use cleaning tools like the cup lid cleaning brush to assist. * The third-generation cup lid's heat resistance has been upgraded and can be cleaned in a dishwasher. | PRECAUTIONS | ◾ Drinking hot beverages through a straw may cause burns; please exercise caution. ◾ Do not close the straw lid when drinking warm or hot beverages, as increased internal pressure may cause the drink to spill. ◾ Do not close the straw lid when drinking carbonated beverages, as increased internal pressure may cause the product to break. ◾ When using the Ecozen T110 wide and narrow straws, avoid drinking water above 90°C to prevent deformation. ◾ The natural essential oils in the peels of citrus fruits can cause clouding if the peel is squeezed. Please avoid this. ◾ Prolonged contact with beverages that can stain may cause discoloration. Examples include tomato, turmeric, carrot, red pitaya, and orange. ◾ Do not use in dishwashers, drying machines, ovens, microwaves, or other high-temperature appliances, and avoid steam sterilization. ◾ It is not recommended to soak the product in dish soap water for extended periods. Also, avoid using cleaning agents with high acidity or alkalinity, or those containing alcohol or citrus essential oils.
