Use a mild detergent with a soft brush to spot clean, and avoid excessive rubbing that could deform the bag. After washing, pat dry with a towel and lay flat in a well-ventilated area to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight and high-heat drying to prevent fading. Vegetable-tanned leather will gradually deepen in color and develop a unique sheen with use and time.
