A delicate bracelet featuring antique clear and sax blue beads, old Chin silver, and Orissa brass.

This is a delicate bracelet connecting antique clear & sax blue beads with old Chin silver & Orissa brass. The round beads, with a slightly frosted glass appearance, are likely antique beads from the Indian region. (Possibly Naga tribe, believed to be from around the 19th century.) The fine scratches from age create a wonderfully atmospheric patina! (Clear bead size: 0.8cm width, 0.8cm diameter) The larger sax blue bead was the only one of its kind found on an old necklace. Its age and origin are unknown, but the color is exquisite! The clear and amber-colored beads are old Indian seed beads. Each bead is irregular and has a slightly rustic feel, having been worn for many years. (Circa 19th-20th century) The sax blue seed beads are old Venetian beads that found their way to the Naga tribe in India. The color is truly beautiful, and their translucency enhances their charm when held up to the light!! The壺-shaped (pot-shaped) parts are old Chin silver. These are heirloom pieces from around the 18th-19th century, originating from Burma. They were used by Chin women for necklaces and the like, showing unique signs of wear and endearing scratches. Their substantial feel and presence are incomparable to modern silver (though modern pieces can be cool too...). These beads are truly rare and expensive! The golden beads and the anchor-like charm next to the large sax blue bead are old Orissa brass. These are old and rare beads from the Orissa state of India. The clasp charm is also an old brass part from India. The dark pink bead on the clasp ring is a rare gold-infused red bead, made with gold coloring. This is a Venetian bead from the 19th-20th century. The clasp and the ring bead, which are slightly bent, are Karen silver. The small Karen silver beads on the clasp are individually stamped! It's mind-boggling to think that all of this is done by hand... ◇Karen Silver◇ This is silver crafted by the mountain tribes living in the Thai-Burmese border region. Each piece is handmade, and it is said to have a very high purity. Connected with waxed cord, it may feel a bit stiff at first, but it will become supple with wear.
