* After payment is completed, if you are unable to attend, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred. Since the designer must prepare the materials ten days before the event, we will not accept cancellations within ten days from the day before the event, but you can find someone to go on your behalf.
* The number of applicants is limited. To protect the rights of applicants, those who have completed the remittance and reconciliation will be given priority.
* If the number of applicants for a session does not reach 2 persons two days before the event starts, the Design Center has the right to cancel the event and notify the participants to change the event session or refund.
* If classes are suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, the Design Management Office will proactively contact you to provide a full refund or postponement of classes. In the event of a typhoon, the class opening and refund standards will be based on the suspension standards announced by the event venue, regardless of the location of the participants.
* To protect the environment and protect the earth, packaging bags are not provided on site, please bring your own bags
* Only ticket holders can participate. Please do not bring companions.
* Admission will be open 10 minutes before the event. In order for the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter and no refund will be given. Please abide by the venue rules and follow the on-site instructor's instructions. If you violate the rules and cause any damage, you will be responsible for it yourself.
* If the participation in the activity is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the Design Center, no refund will be given.
* The experience activity will be filmed by the organizer as needed. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
