This includes modifications to items, shipping information, or complete order cancellations. Please press the "Request refund" button on the order page to cancel or place another order. If a product(s) has already shipped, you can return it within seven days of receiving it. Please see point three, "Refund & Exchange Policy", below for more details. ・If an item in an order is out of stock, the system will refund the item and proceed with the rest of the order.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy:

The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns.

1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after the seven-day period will not be accepted.
