I primarily create accessories using polymer clay, a type of resin clay. I knead it by hand, cut it, and shape it. Even when I try to make them the same way, each piece turns out differently depending on the clay's consistency and the ambient temperature. Each time, I'm delighted with the finished pieces and want to remember the specific color combinations. Because of this, I sometimes keep small leftover components. As these components accumulated, I began to feel it would be a shame to keep them all to myself. This led me to start creating these single earrings a while ago. The small scale makes it easy to envision designs, and when combined with various materials like glass and metal parts, the results are harmonious and wearable for anyone. Since they simply clip on, you can wear them on your earlobe or along the side of your ear. They can also be styled like ear cuffs.
