With good care, they can last over 3 years, though they will gradually fade over time. 2. Dried flowers, with good care, can last several months to 1.5 years, though they will naturally fade, yellow, and shed over time. 3. Preserved/dried flowers should not come into contact with water and should be kept out of direct sunlight. If dusty, gently brush off with a soft brush. 4. When preserved flowers and leaves are humid, they may release colored glycerin, which can easily stain hands and other flowers. On continuously rainy days, use a dehumidifier. If mold appears, spray with alcohol, then gently wipe dry with a paper towel or allow to air dry.
