- If a class does not meet the minimum number of participants, it will be canceled (full refund provided).
- Cancellations for participants using promotional offers will revert the course fee to the original price, with the difference requiring payment.
- Cancellations made five days prior to the class start date will receive a 50% refund or store credit.
- Cancellations made within five days of the class start date are non-refundable (e.g., for a class on 12/17, notifications after 12/12 are subject to this policy).
