Our studios are equipped with English alphabet and number stamps. You can prepare your desired text in advance and practice stamping during the class before the final impression. Stamp styles may vary by studio; the stamps shown in photos are for reference only.

1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email" from the system.
2. For laser-engraved items, please specify your finalized engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section during checkout.
3. Registration is confirmed only after a staff member from the experience venue contacts you to finalize the reservation date and check seat availability.
4. Material preparation requires 3 days' advance notice after order payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides official invoice receipts. If you require a company-registered invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
