A maximum of three revisions is allowed. ★ The initial layout is complimentary. Minor text adjustments are also free of charge. We also aim to reuse packaging materials for environmental conservation. ★ If products are damaged during transit, please take photos immediately as evidence and send them back to us. After determining liability, we will arrange for returns or exchanges based on the situation, and we will seek compensation from the logistics provider. ★ If there are delays due to logistics, please inform us (excluding periods like 11/11, 12/12, long holidays, or special festivals). Thank you. 🔔 About Color Difference Screen colors and printing colors use different color gamuts, resulting in variations. ★ Screen colors are RGB → Displayed on a luminous screen, colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors are CMYK → Ink cannot reproduce some extremely bright colors. The printed product will have slightly lower saturation than screen colors, appearing a bit darker. Therefore, color differences between the product and the on-screen artwork are normal. The color difference in printed output cannot be based on the customer's screen. Variations in paper stock, ink batches, and ambient humidity on the printing day can all affect color expression. If you have precise color requirements, please consider carefully before ordering. 🔔 Customized products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. If items are not picked up, fees may be recovered according to the "Consumer Protection Act." According to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers engaging in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving goods or services by returning the goods or providing written notice, without needing to state reasons or bear any costs or considerations. The proviso of the same paragraph states that this does not apply in certain reasonable exceptions for distance transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Standards for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, effective January 1, 2016.
