During the roasting process, catechins, which are the source of bitterness, are destroyed. Therefore, it is more refreshing and has a unique aroma compared to other types of tea. The high temperature also reduces the caffeine content, and there is almost no bitterness, making it suitable for all ages. Made with Japanese Shizuoka Hojicha powder. *Each cake roll is approximately 18cm in length. *The soft texture of the Hojicha chiffon cake is combined with chewy Hojicha mochi nestled within the Hojicha Chantilly cream, all enrobed in a layer of 60% dark chocolate ganache!
