Safer edible oils are used for lubrication during stamping, and no acid washing is performed. As there are no electroplating or coatings used, the surface may exhibit minor scratches, pores, or pinholes. These are normal phenomena that are unavoidable with our safe manufacturing process and are not considered defects. - The LOGO is created by high-temperature laser energy, causing a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. For the first wash, use a standard neutral detergent multiple times. Afterward, wash with a neutral detergent. Since edible oil is used for pressing and no acid washing is performed, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the firmer side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is scrubbed away, revealing the original color, rest assured that this is not a coating.
