Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: # Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period. # Item not returned in its original packaging and shipping box. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoice, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft boxes, or earring backs. # Signs of prolonged wear or dirt indicating use beyond normal trial fitting. # Modifications made to the product, such as engraving or size/chain length adjustments. # Promotional gifts not returned. # Damage caused by human factors upon return. # Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. * As per court rulings, custom-made products requested by the consumer are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be covered by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order total falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order total remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged. * Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
