Pinkoi Explanation of Checkout for Digital Products The characteristics, shipping methods, and return policies of digital products are significantly different from those of general merchandise. When purchasing multiple digital products, please take note of the following limitations: (O) Multiple digital products can be combined for checkout. (O) Digital products from the same design studio can only be combined for checkout with "shipping fee supplement products." (X) Digital products from the same design studio cannot be combined for checkout with non-digital products (such as general merchandise or experiential products). If a customer wishes to purchase different types of products simultaneously, they will need to place separate orders.
