All candles are made with natural soy wax and imported fragrances.
The fragrances are IFRA certified,
safe for pregnant women, young children, and pets.
· Production begins after your order is placed. Shipping takes 4-10 business days, processed in order.
· As each candle is hand-colored, slight variations may occur in the actual product. (Colors may also appear slightly different on various phone screens.)
· Our candles are made with natural and eco-friendly wax. Surface frosting, slight color variations, minor air bubbles, and uneven surfaces are normal occurrences. Please consider this if you are a perfectionist.
· Orders below $150 (excluding shipping) will not be processed.
· If separate packaging is required, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, items will be packaged together.
· When burning a freestanding candle, please use a candle holder, plate, or paper to catch the melted wax.
· For products containing "cream" elements, color bleeding is a normal phenomenon.
· Candles are fragile items. Please handle with care during unboxing and record a video as proof. If there are any defects or chips, please message us to allow us the opportunity to compensate and improve.
· All items are handcrafted after ordering. Customized products are non-refundable or exchangeable. Malicious order cancellations will result in being blacklisted 🙅🏻♀️
· In support of environmental protection, we use new or good-condition recycled cardboard boxes for shipping. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
