Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced items. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, they are designed to be hypoallergenic. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing the earrings, it may be due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual predisposition (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells may easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, and the earring post material is rarely the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an "allergen screening test" at a hospital for a definitive diagnosis, which can clarify the cause and protect the rights of both parties. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions. Is it truly made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current acrylic technology cannot replicate such intricate designs. All our items are handcrafted. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof sealant to the paper after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (e.g., humidity, light rain, or sweat). However, we recommend removing them for activities such as showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long after ordering will my items be shipped? A: We craft and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays when we are at events. As we participate in markets and events, and the postal service does not deliver on weekends, all our items are shipped between Monday and Friday. The crafting process takes approximately 2-3 business days.
