Red colored glaze originated from Mr. Wang Nanxiong, one of the founders of the first generation of glass production lines in Taiwan. The company carries 70 years of Taiwan's glass industry memory, has deep roots in glass production lines in northern Taiwan and Hsinchu, and has experienced the golden age of exports to the decline of traditional production. In 2012, the company founded the craft brand [Red Glass], which reinterpreted the positioning and possibilities of glass materials through the combination of innovative technology research and development and a new generation of design thinking. We hope to establish a platform to promote Taiwan's glass craftsmanship to the world. In 2024, Red Glass established a glass blowing workshop in Yingge, integrating the resources of Taiwan's glass craftsmen and transforming craft experience into physical textbooks, so as to promote glass skills through action.
