Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique markings and imperfections from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches may occur, which are considered normal unless the leather surface is damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major defects. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfect uniformity of machine-made items but possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece distinct and charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, different batches, and varying storage times can result in color variations. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb color differently. Colors may not be consistent between consecutive orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is a **"custom-made order"**. Please specify your custom requirements, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order.
