* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting.
* Knitting classes cannot accommodate individual explanations for latecomers.
"Please do not be late" to avoid disrupting other students' learning.
To protect the rights of other participants, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. You may reschedule for another day (one-time only).
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. Please bring covered beverages to prevent spills.
* Classes will be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you and your work.
* The classroom operates by appointment only. Once booked, class registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government announces a work or school closure in your area.
2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis.
4. Lateness (as per the policy above).
* By registering, you agree to the above terms and regulations. Dottie Studio reserves the right to make the final interpretation and decision on all matters related to the courses.
