A: You can specify delivery dates from Monday to Saturday (Saturday delivery is only available for the noon slot). If there are national holidays, the schedule may change. Please refer to Black Cat's announcements. Q: When do you recommend the cake to be delivered? A: The cake will arrive frozen. We recommend delivery one or two days before the celebration. Place it in the refrigerator to thaw the day before the celebration, and it will be ready by the next day. Q: Can I pick up at a convenience store? A: We currently do not offer convenience store pickup or cash on delivery. We use Black Cat's low-temperature frozen home delivery service. Q: What kind of pet photo is required? A: Please try to ensure the pet's ears and face are not cut off in the photo for the best results! 【Ordering Information】 • It is recommended to order cakes 10-15 days in advance. If you are unable to order within this timeframe, please message us to inquire if we can create the cake before your pet's birthday. • The cake will arrive frozen and requires thawing time. Please schedule delivery for one or two days before the birthday, not on the birthday itself. • For orders with added fondant toppers, we update the availability daily based on the monthly order volume. You can place an order within the specified delivery date options. • As this is a custom cake, production will only begin after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. If the order is canceled due to overdue payment, it will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation, and production will not be scheduled. • If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so up to seven days before the original delivery date. If there are any ingredients your pet cannot eat, please note them in the remarks section, and we will omit them. • "Mashed potato + unsweetened fresh cream" is the primary ingredient for cake piping decorations, with a ratio of 10 parts potato to 1 part cream. If your pet is allergic to these ingredients, we can substitute with "mashed sweet potato" for piping. However, piping with "mashed sweet potato" means you cannot choose custom text, color palettes, or styles; the color will be the natural sweet potato color. • Biscuit ingredients: Chicken, coconut oil, oat flour, goat cheese, egg yolk. If your pet cannot eat chicken, please note this in the remarks section, and we will replace it with chicken-free decorative biscuits. 【Cake Body Ingredients】 • "Dogs": Meat + Broccoli + Carrot + Chia Seeds • "Cats": Meat + Dried Fish Flakes + Chia Seeds • If there are no allergen concerns, both dog and cat cakes can be enjoyed by both. • The cake body will be filled with the specified amount of meat using a mold. The amount of moisture lost during baking may vary for each batch. The "Size and Serving Guide" is for reference only. 【Color Palette and Style】 • Piping colors are achieved using natural fruit and vegetable powders. • Please specify your desired style and color palette in the remarks section when ordering. (If no remarks are made, we will choose them for you.) Biscuits are randomly selected. • Due to varying sensitivities to color tones among designers, color palettes are provided as choices, and the depth of color will be determined by the designer. 【Thawing Instructions】 • It is recommended to refrigerate and thaw the cake for at least 12 hours before the celebration. If it is still frozen, you can thaw it at room temperature or use a microwave on low power. Consume within 2-3 days. • If thawing entirely at room temperature, it will take about 1-2 hours. Some water may appear during thawing, which is normal. • For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap collar will be placed around the cake during shipping. Please remove this collar while the cake is still frozen to prevent sticking. • When refrigerating or freezing the cake, keep it inside the cake box to prevent it from drying out due to direct exposure to the cold air in the refrigerator, which can cause severe cracking on the surface. 【Shelf Life】 • When received frozen, the cake can be stored in the freezer for 15-20 days. Refrigerated, it can be stored for 2-3 days. 【About Fondant Toppers】 • Fondant toppers can only be purchased as an add-on when buying a cake; they are not sold separately. • Fondant toppers are custom-made based on the pet's appearance and fur color. Our custom fondant toppers are in a cute, chibi style. • Fondant toppers are made from fondant, which consists of a large amount of sugar. They are not recommended for pets to consume. • Upon receiving the fondant topper, you can take it out to room temperature to acclimate. It may feel sticky due to condensation during this process, but it will gradually dry out over time. • Storage: Once the fondant topper has dried, store it in a cool, dry place. 【Shipping Information】 • Black Cat low-temperature delivery incurs a shipping fee of 160 NTD. • For deliveries to outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island), please inform us separately, as shipping fees differ from the main island. • The following areas are excluded from parcel delivery services: Magong City, Penghu County (Hujing Island, Tongpan Island), Wang'an Township, Cimei Township, Baisha Township (Dacangyu Island, Yuanbei Island); Lieyu Township, Kinmen County (Dadan Island, Erdan Island), Wūqiu Township; Lanyu Township, Taitung County; Diaoyutai Islands, Dongsha Islands, Nansha Islands. • Cake delivery carries inherent risks. Please order in advance and schedule delivery 2-3 days before the celebration to avoid missing the event. • Due to high shipping volumes during festive periods, delivery quality may be unstable. We strongly advise scheduling delivery in advance to avoid these peak times. We are not responsible for any damage to cakes delivered during Black Cat's announced peak periods. Please consider carefully before ordering. • While delivery dates can be specified, if the delivery company encounters unforeseen issues during transit (e.g., inability to contact the recipient, no one available at the delivery address due to personal reasons) or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., typhoons, natural disasters) that cause delivery delays, we are not liable for compensation. • If ordering two or more cakes to be shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders. 【Delivery Date Recommendations and Regulations】 • Please try to schedule delivery 1-2 days before the celebration. This provides a buffer time in case of unforeseen circumstances causing delays during transit on the scheduled delivery day. • If you need to send a cake to a location like a B&B, hotel, or restaurant for a celebration, please arrange for early delivery to the destination. The venue can then store it appropriately, preventing issues with same-day delivery failures. • If the cake does not arrive on the specified date and time, please contact Black Cat customer service or us before 17:00 on that day. We will help you track the situation and clarify the issue. This is to avoid delays in resolution after the Black Cat service center closes for the day, which would require waiting until business hours. Late reports will not be handled. • If the recipient needs to be contacted by phone upon arrival, please inform us. We will add a special note to remind the driver to contact them, preventing the driver from leaving if no one is available at the delivery address. • If you are unsure if someone will be available to receive the delivery or if the recipient can be reached by phone, we recommend picking up the package yourself from the local Black Cat service center during their operating hours. Please inform us in advance if you wish to do so. • For urgent orders (where the earliest possible delivery date is the birthday itself), if delivery is not made as scheduled due to the reasons mentioned in the "Shipping Information" and "Delivery Date Recommendations and Regulations" sections, we are not liable for compensation. 【Package Tracking and Delivery Information Changes】 • A Black Cat tracking number will be sent to your email once the package is shipped.
