Q: When do you recommend the cake to arrive? A: Cakes are delivered frozen. We recommend delivery one or two days before the celebration. Place the cake in the refrigerator to thaw the day before your event. Q: Can I pick up at a convenience store? A: We do not currently offer convenience store pickup or cash on delivery. All orders are delivered via Black Cat's low-temperature frozen delivery service. Q: What kind of pet photo is required? A: Please try to ensure the pet's ears and face are not cropped in the photo for the best results. 【Ordering Information】 ‧ We recommend ordering cakes 10-15 days in advance. If you are unable to meet this timeframe, please message us to inquire about availability before your pet's celebration. · Cakes are delivered frozen and require thawing time. Please select a delivery date one or two days before your pet's celebration, not on the celebration day itself. · Orders with additional fondant toppers are updated daily based on the monthly order volume. You may place your order within the listed option dates. · As these are custom cakes, production will only begin after your order is placed and payment is completed. If payment is overdue and the order is canceled by the system, it will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation, and production will not be scheduled. · If you decide to cancel your order, please submit your cancellation request at least seven days prior to the original delivery date. If there are any ingredients your pet cannot consume, please note this in the remarks section, and we will omit them. ‧ 〈Mashed Potato + Unsweetened Coconut Milk〉 is the primary ingredient for cake frosting. The ratio is 2 parts mashed potato to 0.1 parts unsweetened coconut milk. If your pet is allergic to these ingredients, we can substitute 〈Mashed Sweet Potato〉 for the frosting. Cakes frosted with mashed sweet potato cannot accommodate custom text, color palettes, or style selections, as it retains its natural sweet potato color. 【Cake Body Ingredients】 · 〈For Dogs〉: Meat + Broccoli + Carrot + Chia Seeds · 〈For Cats〉: Meat + Minced Dried Fish + Chia Seeds · If there are no allergenic ingredients, both dog and cat cake bodies can be enjoyed by all pets. · The cake body will be filled to the mold's capacity. The amount of moisture lost during baking varies for each batch of meat. The 【Size & Portion Guide】 on the listing is for reference only. 【Color Palette & Style】 · Frosting colors are achieved using natural fruit and vegetable powders. · Please specify your desired style and color palette in the remarks section when ordering. 〈If no preference is noted, we will create a custom combination for you.〉 Cookie pairings are randomly selected. · Due to varying sensitivities to color tones among designers, only color palettes can be chosen. The depth of color will be determined by the designer. 【Thawing Instructions】 ‧ We recommend thawing the cake in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before the celebration. If it is still frozen, thaw at room temperature or gently reheat in the microwave on a low setting. Consume within 2 days. ‧ Thawing at room temperature takes approximately 1-2 hours. Some water discharge during this process is normal. ‧ For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap collar is applied around the sides. Please remove this collar while the cake is still frozen to prevent sticking. · When refrigerating or freezing the cake, please keep it inside the cake box to prevent the cake's surface from drying out and cracking due to direct exposure to cold air in the refrigerator. 【Shelf Life】 ‧ When received frozen, the cake can be stored in the freezer for 15 days or in the refrigerator for 3 days. 【About Fondant Toppers】 ‧ Fondant toppers can only be purchased as an add-on when buying a cake; they are not sold individually. ‧ Fondant toppers are custom-made to resemble your pet's appearance and fur color. Our custom toppers are designed in a cute, chibi style. ‧ Fondant toppers are made from fondant, which consists of a large amount of sugar. They are not recommended for pets to consume. ‧ Upon receiving the fondant topper, allow it to come to room temperature. It may feel sticky due to condensation; it will gradually dry out over time. ‧ Storage: Once dry, store the fondant topper in a cool, dry place. 【Shipping Information】 · Black Cat's low-temperature delivery service incurs a shipping fee of NT$160. · If you wish to ship to outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island), please inform us separately, as shipping fees differ from the mainland. · The following areas are not served by our delivery service: Penghu County Magong City (Hujing Island, Tongpan Island), Wang'an Township, Cimei Township, Baisha Township (Cangyu Island, Yuanbei Island); Kinmen County Lieyu (Dadan Island, Erdan Island), Wushuo Township; Taitung County Green Island; Diaoyutai Islands, Dongsha Islands, Nansha Islands. · Cake delivery carries inherent risks. Please consider this carefully before ordering. · While delivery dates can be specified, if the delivery company experiences unforeseen issues during transit (e.g., inability to contact the recipient, no one available at the delivery address due to personal reasons) or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters like typhoons) that cause delivery delays, we are not liable for compensation. · If ordering two or more cakes to be sent to different addresses, please place separate orders. 【Delivery Date Recommendations & Regulations】 · Please aim for delivery 1-2 days before your pet's birthday to allow for potential uncontrollable delays during transit and to have buffer time. · If you need to send a cake to a temporary location (e.g., Airbnb, hotel, restaurant) for a celebration, please send it to the destination in advance and have the venue staff store it appropriately to avoid non-delivery on the day of the event. · If your cake does not arrive on the specified date and time, please contact Black Cat customer service or us before 17:00 on the same day so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly. This avoids delays in resolution until the next business day after the Black Cat station closes. We are not responsible for issues reported after this time. · If the recipient requires phone contact upon arrival, please inform us, and we will add a special note for the driver to prevent them from leaving if no one is available at the delivery address. · If you are unsure if someone will be available to receive the delivery, or if the recipient may not be able to answer the driver's call, we recommend picking up the package in person from your local Black Cat service station during their operating hours.
