Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering, you agree to IARTS Experience Merchant's regulations!
1. Admission begins 15 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and no refund will be issued.
2. If materials are mistakenly made or damaged due to personal error during the process, you will need to purchase new materials to continue crafting.
3. Professional photographers may document the event for promotional purposes. Photos and videos, which may include your likeness, will be uploaded to our Facebook and Instagram pages ("AHM IARTS") and may be used for event records or future promotions. You are welcome to download your photos.
4. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the event, and we will make arrangements.
5. Completed works can be taken home on the same day.
6. Participation is limited to ticket holders. Those without tickets may not join the experience.
7. Each set of materials is for one person only and cannot be shared.
8. To maintain class quality, please turn off or silence your mobile phone during the session to avoid disturbing other participants.
9. Please do not remove any property from the IARTS Art Space.
10. Aprons will be provided. If you are concerned about paint stains, we recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing. Please avoid wearing valuable clothing during the experience.
11. To be eco-friendly, please bring your own reusable bag for the class.
12. No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a full refund.
13. Cancellations are not accepted within 3 days prior to the reservation date, and no refunds will be issued.
14. Date changes can be made up to 3 days before the reservation date (excluding the event date). However, changes are limited to one instance and must be for an event by the same organizer. Once a date has been changed, cancellations will not be permitted.
15. In case of refunds or cancellations, IARTS will handle all invoice adjustments.
16. IARTS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this event.
17. If the event cannot proceed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or typhoons, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course. We will contact you proactively for rescheduling or refunds.
