(1) Avoid humidity and direct sunlight.
(2) To remove dust, use a hairdryer on its lowest setting or gently brush with a soft brush.
(3) Dried flowers are estimated to last 1-2 years, and preserved flowers 3-5 years.
However, with proper care as mentioned above, they can last even longer, depending on how well they are maintained.

1. As materials must be prepared before the event, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after payment is completed. You may contact the brand to discuss rescheduling options (one reschedule permitted, and the new date must be within one month of the original scheduled time). If no alternative dates or slots are available or if the provided dates and times are unsuitable, no refund or further rescheduling will be granted.
2. The event will begin punctually. To ensure the smooth progression of the workshop, please do not be late. Latecomers exceeding 10 minutes will not be admitted and are ineligible for refunds or rescheduling.
3. Workshops and venues are priced per person. If you wish to bring a companion, please inform us in advance. A venue fee of NT$500 per person (adult or child) will apply to all companions.
4. If the actual number of available slots differs from what is displayed on the platform, the brand will notify the consumer, who may then choose a refund or rescheduling.
5. If you have a preferred color scheme, please confirm with both parties at least 3 days prior to the event. The designer will prioritize your preferred colors or materials, but the actual floral and material usage will be based on availability for the week and the designer's consideration, and may not be 100% identical. If no color preference is provided, the designer will make the arrangement. If the designer informs you that a requested color scheme cannot be created or if there are other issues, and no response is received, the designer will proceed with the arrangement.
6. Handmade items may have slight variations in size due to different production methods and individual techniques; this is considered normal.
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the designer's instructions. Any damages caused by non-compliance will be the participant's responsibility.
8. If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the brand, no refund will be issued.
9. In the event of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure, the brand will proactively contact participants to arrange a postponement. In the case of typhoons, the official announcements regarding work and class suspensions in the event's location will be the standard for commencement and rescheduling, regardless of the participant's location.
10. The brand may take photos and videos during the workshop for use on Legal Girl Floral Art Studio's social media channels. The brand may subsequently use photos and images, including portraits, for event records or other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will take special care to accommodate your request.
