Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, preserving unique textures and markings from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product will not have the perfect uniformity of machine-made items, but it possesses a distinct warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather develops a unique patina, deepening in color and gaining a sheen, gradually reflecting your personal journey. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely charming. ► Color Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between batches due to different sourcing and storage times. Even within the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from subsequent orders will not be identical to previous ones. Please refer to the actual product. ► About Customization This product is made to order. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "text for embossing (including font)," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to the designer's choice of stitching color and a blank surface for text. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. (The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have a grace period for returns. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
