This activity introduces you to two thousand years of ink rubbing culture and allows you to experience four classical ink rubbing methods – stone slab, carved block, roller, and stencil. You will take home 4 ink rubbing experience pieces (rice paper/spring couplets or red envelopes); finally, choose one from three artwork options (photo frame art, double-sided fan, or small canvas bag) to create a personalized keepsake to bring home. ☀ Experience Flow: • Brief introduction to the history of ink rubbing culture and explanation of the craft. •【Stone Slab Ink Rubbing】Utilizing roof tiles with rich historical charm as the rubbing medium, featuring designs such as imitation Han Dynasty auspicious phrases, imitation Han Dynasty Four Divine Beasts, the Twelve Zodiac Animals, and character tiles. Choose 2 patterns for your experience, paired with professional Xuanzong ink for rubbing, Xuan paper, and rubbing bags, to complete a unique ink rubbing artwork. An optional 8-inch transparent solid wood photo frame is available for exquisite display of your work. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55294641114_0fc8d6f89c_c.jpg •【Carved Block Ink Rubbing】Using classic wooden carved block patterns. Through cultural handicraft experiences, we make classics more accessible in daily life; through the interpretation of childlike creation, we allow children's imaginations to be seen and continued; and through the development of children's doodles into the original IP "Egglings," we create more possibilities for stories and co-creation. From the boundless imagination of children to the aesthetic sensibilities of adults; from the warm moments of parent-child co-creation to intergenerational cultural inheritance, we hope to gradually build a cultural and creative experience platform that connects "Classic Crafts × Childlike Aesthetics × Life Experience," allowing families, schools, businesses, and communities to participate, so that creativity is cherished, stories are continued, and beautiful values are passed down. We welcome you to follow us and create more beautiful memories together!
