I carving the pendant from a birch burl. On it I burned out a man surrounded by a forest, on clothes I burned out a deer, a man's hands reach out to the sun. These are all simple symbols of things that are important to us. The sun is the source of life on our planet, trees are the connection between the past, present and future, the connection between ancestors and future generations, the connection between the underground, terrestrial and heavenly. The deer is a symbol of rebirth, life, cyclicity, this pendant is a small reminder of the meaning of our stay here and now. If you want an amulet with your own design, write to me and I will make it.
