We strive to avoid sections with significant scars during production, but natural markings from growth are considered normal. 2. We endeavor to present the true colors of our products in photos. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in electronic displays. 3. Each item is hand-dyed by the designer, meaning every piece will possess unique variations influenced by the leather's natural grain and environmental factors during creation. 4. Handmade items are not eligible for return based on personal preference. ★ Vegetable-tanned Leather 1. The leather used is vegetable-tanned from Italy. It is tanned using natural tannins extracted from plants, making it free from harmful substances. This leather is initially firm but softens and develops a richer, lustrous patina over time. 2. Taiwan's humid climate makes frequent use ideal, as the natural oils from your hands nourish the leather. Alternatively, conditioning with mink oil or leather care oil regularly is recommended. If the leather gets wet, wipe it immediately with a dry cloth and let it air dry. Avoid using a hairdryer.
