Postal Stamps of The Cold Food Observance

The design of postage stamp is inspired by the National Palace Museum’s collection, The Cold Food Observance by Su Shi, Northern Song dynasty. This poem was composed while Su Shi was exiled to Huangzhou. He expressed his emotions through shifting brushstrokes, and his dynamic calligraphy style was quite pioneering at the time and opened up new frontiers for the art form.
