This DIY plum wine brewing course not only teaches brewing techniques, but also allows you to learn the story of Taiwan's plum industry.
The course will lead everyone to taste the unique flavors of green plum wine and mature plum wine, from the planting environment of Taiwanese plum farmers to the different brewing methods, to gain an in-depth understanding of the diverse styles of plum wine.
Choose seasonal plums, learn each step of making plum wine, from removing the stems, blanching, selecting sugar, filling with wine, step by step, and finally affix a handwritten wine label to complete your own bottle of 1000ml hand-brewed plum wine.
