Each session lasts 4 hours:
Class A: 10:03 - 14:03
Class B: 12:30 - 16:30
As some parts may need to be finished at home, the course requires 2 sessions, totaling 8 hours, to be completed within 2 weeks. (A 30-minute buffer time for finishing is provided for each session.)
Completion progress depends on individual pace; it is recommended not to schedule important appointments afterward.

Minimum Age: 10 years and older.
Those aged 10-15 must be accompanied and assisted by a parent throughout the session.

* To ensure teaching quality, the studio is only open to registered participants. Doors open 5 minutes before the session starts; please do not arrive too early to avoid long waits.
(For those aged 10-15, one parent must accompany and assist throughout the process; no extra co-working fee will be charged.)
* We cannot provide separate explanations for students who arrive late during the weaving course. Please do not be late to avoid disrupting the progress of other students. To protect the rights of other participants, entry will not be permitted after 10 minutes, and you will need to reschedule.
* Eating is prohibited in the studio, but you may bring drinks and small snacks. The studio also provides snacks to help participants replenish their energy.
* The course will be filmed and recorded for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to appear in the footage, please inform our staff on-site to avoid being filmed. Failure to notify us signifies your consent for Dottie Studio to use images and videos of you and your work.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded, and last-minute rescheduling on the day of the course is not permitted. Rescheduling or transfer is allowed once within a two-month period under the following circumstances:
1. Weather factors: The government announces a work and school closure for the area.
2. Unexpected situations: Such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the course from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Health issues or traffic accidents can be discussed.
