The workshop includes engraving, with options for English letters, numbers, and patterns (engraving is not available for specific designs).
How to measure ring size for a gift?
● Measuring Method: Take a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) and wrap it around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Then, straighten the thread and measure its length with a ruler in centimeters. Refer to the size chart for your corresponding ring size.
● Provide your approximate height and weight at the store, and we can adjust the ring size at the store after it's completed.

★ 999 Sterling Silver is hypoallergenic and can be worn while showering. Under normal wear, the oxidation rate varies depending on individual body chemistry (acidity/alkalinity). Sterling silver can be restored to its bright white luster by cleaning and polishing with toothpaste/silver cleaner/silver polishing cloth.

• When not wearing your jewelry, please clean it and store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
• Avoid wearing silver chains in hot springs, as this may cause tarnishing.
[How to Use Care Products]
★ To restore oxidized or darkened sterling silver, use a soft-bristled toothbrush with a small amount of toothpaste and water. Gently brush the jewelry, then rinse thoroughly. Dry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
Use with a silver polishing cloth to restore shine and make your silver jewelry look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily care, used to wipe metal surfaces.
★ Silver Cleaning Solution
1. Immerse the silver jewelry in the silver cleaning solution for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the solution and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use with a silver polishing cloth to restore shine and make your silver jewelry look like new.
Important: Do not immerse vintage black items in silver cleaning solution, as this will remove the black finish and reveal the original silver color.

**Classes can be booked for individuals; all sessions are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any changes or cancellations to booked workshops must be notified at least three days prior to the session. Cancellations made on the day of the workshop or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund but can be transferred to other products or courses.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for designs of the same price are permitted (subject to available materials and stock at the store).
Upgrades to higher-priced designs are possible with a price difference, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced designs.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about classroom availability if you plan to bring accompanying guests.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure the rights of all participants.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If the finished product has irreparable flaws due to the participant not following instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The class duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the design. Items can be taken home on the same day.

★ During the class, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on safe equipment operation.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after repeated advisement will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled class day, classes will be postponed for safety reasons in accordance with government directives. A new date will be scheduled.
