Subjective Differences: After placing an order, we cannot offer partial refunds or returns based on personal aesthetic preferences such as "not as imagined" or "different proportions." Please refer to the existing styles in our portfolio. Handmade items may not achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-Sales Service and Order Abandonment: This product is a customized service. The 7-day appreciation period does not apply. Failure to pick up your order without valid reason will be considered malicious abandonment, and we will pursue legal action. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of the finished product may be publicly shared on our platforms later (personal information will be hidden). If you do not wish for your work to be shared, please inform us in advance. Silence implies consent. 5. Returns: Customized products fall under "Exceptional Product Categories*" and are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period stipulated by consumer protection laws. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Discrepancy: Minor color differences between product photos and the actual physical item are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect your rights and ours. Any issues must be reported within 1 day of receipt; claims made later will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Art paper. 10. Size Deviation: Due to manual production and measurement, a deviation of 0-2 cm is normal. 11. Receipt: Please notify us in advance if a receipt is required. Our store does not use a unified invoice system. If a duplicate receipt needs to be mailed later, it will be sent via registered mail.
