Production time does not include proofing or shipping days. Important Notes// 1. Colors may vary on different computer/phone screens, and there will be slight color differences in printing. As each customized product has a unique outcome, perfectionists, please refrain from ordering! 2. Please provide your favorite photo. If you wish to change the photo after the draft is completed, a revision fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. 3. The product focuses on natural appearance. Lighting and color tones will be adjusted during production; no beautification filters will be applied. If this is a concern, please provide a beautified photo yourself. Refunds & Returns// If you are unsatisfied during the proofing stage and request a refund, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. Customized products are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period, and therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted. (We cannot resell your ordered product.) If there are any defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will also not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions// 1. Select the product you wish to customize and complete the order and payment. 2. After completing the order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical products, a draft will be provided for your review and confirmation within 1-3 days. 6. After your confirmation, printing and production will be arranged. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some products may take longer. Please refer to the specific product description for details, and you will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of shipment once the printed product is packaged. If the product arrives early, it will be shipped out ahead of schedule.
