Its stems have a grey-green to deep green epidermis. In abundant sunlight, it develops a purplish-brown hue with delicate, dark, chrysanthemum-like patterns. The leaves are clustered at the apex of the fleshy stems, appearing slender and green, contributing to its exceptionally unique look! It thrives in bright, warm, and dry conditions, tolerates drought and partial shade, but dislikes waterlogging and is not cold-hardy. It exhibits a dormant state in cold weather and grows in high temperatures, classifying it as a "summer-growing" succulent. Its active growing season is from April to October. | Sunlight | Place outdoors in a location with ample sunlight and good ventilation. Avoid shading, even during peak summer. While it can grow in partial shade, insufficient sunlight will cause the fleshy stems to weaken, and the chrysanthemum-like dark markings will become less distinct. If a plant has been growing in partial shade, do not suddenly expose it to intense direct sunlight to prevent epidermal scorching; gradual acclimatization to strong light is recommended. | Watering | During high temperatures, the plant enters a semi-dormant state.
