Once confirmed, you may proceed to place your order on Pinkoi! ■ Ordering Process 1. Newlyweds can provide 3-5 photo files. Photos must have a resolution of 300dpi and be clear overall (blurry, underexposed, or low-resolution photos cannot be used for hand-drawn illustrations). 2. After confirming the file content, both parties will discuss and communicate. If there are any special requests, please state them clearly beforehand (e.g., text, background, base color). The more detailed the information, the more intricate the illustration can be. 3. Up to 2 revisions are allowed for draft artwork, focusing on minor adjustments. Major revisions or photo changes are not accepted. 4. An initial draft will be provided to the client for confirmation as a preview (newlyweds need to confirm the content of the draft). 5. Hand-drawn design -> Invitation layout -> Product proofreading -> Confirmation for printing. This process takes approximately 28 business days. (It is recommended to start production 3 to 5 months before your wedding date to ensure sufficient time for mailing invitations to friends and family.) ■ Product Contents 1. Main card, envelope, hot-stamped address, envelope sticker. 2. Main card size: 12x17cm. 3. Paper material: 420g Ivory card / 400g Double matte card. 4. Envelope size: 13.5x18.5cm. (When ordering, please provide us with your email address. We will email you the files upon completion.) 5. The design layout is a standard template. The content will be as follows: * Front content: Modifiable for the newlyweds' names and hand-drawn details. * Back content: Modifiable for the newlyweds' names and banquet details. 6. Physical products are produced through printing. The color of the physical invitation may have a proportional color difference compared to what is viewed on a computer screen (this is normal). ■ Precautions 1. Hand-drawn illustrations are custom-made products. Cancellations or returns are not possible after placing an order. 2. Copyright of the artwork belongs to the creator. Products are for personal use by the consumer. If intended for "commercial use or profit," please state this in advance (e.g., for product sales, advertisements, promotional materials, trademarks, etc.).
