Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique markings and imperfections from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These marks are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within the normal range. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these except for major damage. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. While the finished product may not be as flawless as machine-produced items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop its own unique scratches and patina, darkening and gaining a sheen, gradually revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation uniquely captivating. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, different batches, or varying storage times can result in color variations in the leather. Even on the same hide, different parts may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This product is **custom-made to order**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided upon ordering, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period, nor do we accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/too tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
