Scent and candles have always been intertwined, but did you know that many candles on the market are a blend of paraffin and soy wax? Why not opt for 100% soy wax for a more natural and superior choice? Soy wax has a lower melting point, which can sometimes lead to surface imperfections when exposed to heat, creating an uneven finish. Paraffin wax, with its higher hardness and melting point, is often blended to maintain a more aesthetically pleasing appearance and extend shelf life. However, since paraffin wax can produce black smoke when burned, we highly recommend using pure soy wax candles!

・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before proceeding with registration.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not paid will be considered unsuccessful registrations. Once a session is full, no further registrations will be accepted. Unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call us at (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are as follows:
A. For refund requests made 60 days or more before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total fee paid will be issued.
B. For refund requests made between 59 days and 8 days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total fee paid will be issued.
C. For refund requests made between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total fee paid will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your desired session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture of the rescheduling option. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the workshop, refunds and rescheduling are not possible due to the pre-arranged materials and venue arrangements. Participants who do not attend will forfeit their fee.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, those who arrive more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered absent and forfeit their participation.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account name and number. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Accompanying individuals who have not purchased a ticket may not join or participate, unless a child requires assistance from a parent to complete the activity, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please contact the store in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 two days before the event begins, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the event and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for recording purposes and future promotional use by xiabenhow on its social media channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
