Fragrance and candles have always been intertwined, but did you know that many candles on the market are a blend of paraffin and soy wax? Why not opt for pure soy wax – it's more natural and better for you. Soy wax has a lower melting point, which can lead to a slightly uneven surface if exposed to heat. Paraffin wax, with its higher hardness and melting point, is often blended to achieve a smoother appearance and longer shelf life. However, paraffin wax can produce black smoke when burned, so we highly recommend using pure soy wax candles!

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not paid for will be considered unsuccessful registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original class date. Please proactively inform us of your chosen new date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund.
・For cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the class, no refunds or changes will be accepted due to material preparation and venue arrangements. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show and forfeit their participation.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account number and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered individuals are not permitted to accompany participants unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please contact the venue in advance for such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the potential use of your image in event recaps or future promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
