Gently wrap a thin string around the narrowest part of your wrist, ensuring it lies flat against your skin. Do not add any slack. When providing your size, you may indicate if you prefer a "snug fit" or a "slightly loose fit."
The first time you fasten the clasp, you may need to gently stretch the loop open.
**[Important Notes Before Customization]**
**◇ Each batch of Palo Santo beads possesses unique wood grain. The designer will pair the hand-braided cord colors with the existing beads; specific wood grain patterns cannot be requested.**
**◇ The luster, natural oils, and aroma of the beads will gradually fade with wear over time.**
**◇ Wax cords have a slight shaping property. If the bracelet appears deformed upon receipt, you may gently stretch it to adjust the shape.**
**◎ Please avoid contact with water. Remove the bracelet before showering. If it gets wet, place it in a dry area to air dry naturally.**
**◎ Not recommended for children under 3 years old. Parents, please ensure children do not place the item in their mouths.**

**[About the Hand-Dyed Packaging]**
The small gauze pouch within the packaging is **personally hand-dyed with tea leaves by the designer to achieve an antique hue**. It is air-dried after washing.

**:: Our Inspiration ::**
Initially, during my daily morning and evening Buddhist chanting, I used a mala made of 108 Palo Santo beads. I carried it with me when I went out, and the subtle aroma of Palo Santo brought me a sense of peace. My daughter often played with my mala, loving its scent. One day, I used extra Palo Santo beads to weave a bracelet for her. Watching her reluctant to take it off, wearing it to school as if it held my companionship, I felt inspired to share this fragrant blessing and wish with more people.
**:: The Yue Lao Series ::**

The ancient character "系" (xì) is a homophone for "繫" (jì), meaning "to tie" or "to connect."
"With threads of red, they tie the feet of husband and wife, and when they sit, they are secretly bound together.
Even in households of sworn enemies, separated by status and wealth, serving in distant lands, or in the distant lands of Wu and Chu,
Once this thread is tied, escape is impossible."
The legend of Yue Lao, the old man under the moon who oversees marriages, first appears in the Tang Dynasty tale "A Record of the Strange and Unexplained: The Marriage Shop" by Li Fuyan. In the story, the young man Wei Gu, guided by the old man's matchmaking, eventually married the daughter of the vegetable vendor his intended bride was held by years later. This passage suggests that men and women bound by this red thread, regardless of their animosity, disparities in wealth, or vast distances separating them, will ultimately become husband and wife.
**:: Blessed by the Incense Burner of Xia Hai Cheng Huang Temple ::**
While preparing materials for the Yue Lao series, I recalled a time when I, too, was adrift in matters of the heart. After receiving a red thread from Yue Lao, my husband and I found solace and companionship for 16 years. This memory inspired me to arrange a special trip to Taipei with my daughter. We brought my materials and visited the Taipei Xia Hai Cheng Huang Temple for a blessing ceremony, passing them through the incense burner. I offer a record captured by my 6-year-old daughter, who held a DSLR camera to photograph me (the first image), and the happiness we wish to convey to you.

May everyone who wears this bracelet find peace and contentment ♡
**:: Two Beads ::**
The **Yue Lao Series** draws inspiration from the legend of the matchmaker deity. Two Palo Santo beads are tied to the ends of the bracelet, forming a loop that meets, embracing each other. This symbolizes the unseen thread of destiny that connects two souls, traversing mountains and rivers, ultimately leading to a lifelong union.
In **Tibetan Buddhism, the Vajra knot signifies the removal of obstacles, protection, and sacred treasures.** The main cord is woven with a light, four-strand braid, finished with a Vajra knot that honors the Buddha. Blessings are woven into the wax cord with each knot. Wearing it daily offers protective and blessing powers, bringing spiritual stability and happiness to the sensitive, whether it be for yourself or for others, especially when navigating environments with low energy or dense crowds.

**Made with genuine 8mm Peruvian Palo Santo beads, each showcasing unique natural wood grain.**
**Rich in natural Palo Santo oils, it emits a warm, comforting redwood aroma.**
Palo Santo possesses a tranquil, grounding energy. It is a sacred plant native to Central and South America, revered by the Inca Empire. The Spanish name "Palo Santo" literally translates to "holy wood." Historically, it has been highly esteemed in sacred spaces and rituals across the West, with uses second only to white sage. An Inca Palo Santo tree lives for approximately 80-90 years. Its branches naturally fall in the forest, undergoing a transformation over several years, during which the heartwood ferments and releases oils, creating its unique, rich aroma. It is believed that Inca Palo Santo has potent purification and protective properties, capable of connecting the body, mind, and spirit, and cleansing spaces.

**{About The Garden With A Tree Hole}**
There is a garden below the mountain, and in the garden, a tree hole. Within the tree hole, there is light.
Within my heart, there is a mountain. For years, I have felt an urgent need to escape everything and return to the mountain. Below the mountain, a garden bloomed, nurturing me. Many years later, a tree hole grew, gradually filling with light. From then on, I no longer felt such a strong need to return to the mountain. I am the mountain, I am the tree, I am the light. If you happen to pass by, feel free to come in and take a little, share some words, and let us illuminate each other.
