If you cancel your reservation 7 days before departure (excluding the departure date), you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your flight 6 to 4 days before departure (excluding the departure day), a 50% handling fee will be charged.
Cancellation will not be accepted and no refund will be given from 3 days before departure (excluding the departure day) to the day of departure.
If you cancel your participation in the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to postpone or refund.
