If the accessory is damaged due to non-human factors (e.g., pulling, dropping), it can be sent back for repair free of charge. After the 31st day from the date of sale, warranty service will no longer be provided. If a crystal bracelet breaks on its own due to non-human factors, it signifies that the crystal has absorbed negative energy for you, and it is not recommended to repair and wear it further. 8.
