**┃ How to Order Custom Products ┃** 1. Select template, material, and specifications. 2. Message the designer with your customization needs before placing an order. ● Confirmation of draft revisions is limited to 2 times; exceeding this limit will incur additional fees. ● Our template designs are carefully adjusted. If you wish to customize colors, add text, or make other adjustments, a modification fee will be charged. ● Please contact the designer if you wish to change the font. ● If no specific requirements are provided, the font in the layout design will be used by default. 3. Click the "Customize" button to proceed to checkout. 4. A confirmation draft will be provided within 3 days after payment. 5. Printing and shipping will commence upon confirmation of the draft (no modifications possible after printing). 6. Delivery takes approximately 5-7 days after draft confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Evaluate carefully before ordering if color precision is critical. ● Manual cutting may result in 1-3mm error; border designs may show noticeable differences in edge thickness. ● Colors may appear slightly darker after lamination (gloss or matte). ● Residual adhesive on the edges of stickers is normal and does not affect usability. **┃ Defective Product Returns & Exchanges ┃** ● Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a clear defect (see definition below). ● In case of defects, please report and apply for a return/exchange within 3 days of receiving the product by providing an unboxing video and a video of the issue. The item must be returned within 7 days; late submissions will not be accepted. ● Shipping costs for defective product returns/exchanges will be borne by each party: the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. Definition of a defective product: A product that is damaged, has severe stains, obvious printing errors, a size deviation exceeding the specified range, or is the wrong item at the time of shipment.
