Using a soft measuring tape or string, wrap it around your wrist at that position. The measurement should be snug but comfortable, allowing the bracelet to move slightly. Choose the closest whole centimeter size, and we will craft your bracelet accordingly to ensure a comfortable fit that can rotate gently. 2️⃣ If your wrist size has a decimal, e.g., 14.5cm, you can choose 14cm or 15cm: 14cm will be a closer fit yet still rotatable, while 15cm will offer a looser, more relaxed feel. 3️⃣ If adjustments are needed due to measurement error, please note the following: Within 7 days: After receiving the bracelet, please notify us and return it for adjustment within 7 days. No fee will be charged. Between 7 and 14 days: If you notify us for adjustment after 7 days but before 14 days of receiving the bracelet, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Over 14 days: Please utilize the restringing service indicated on your warranty card or opt for a paid adjustment service for $100, covering restringing and component changes.
