The displayed prices are not the actual costs. ◌ Kindly send us photos of the pet you wish to have made via private message. We will provide a quote after confirming the details. ◌ Due to a high volume of current orders, please be prepared for a waiting period of several months for scheduling. ◌ A 50% deposit is required. We will create a deposit listing for you to place your order. Once the deposit is paid, your order will be scheduled. ◌ The remaining balance will be due after we send you confirmation photos of the completed piece. Once you approve, you can proceed to purchase the final payment listing. ◌ Once production begins, we are unable to modify expressions or poses. Please ensure all details are confirmed beforehand, and any customization requests must be made at the very beginning. ◌ For customization, please provide photos of your pet from all angles: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom. Photos should be taken in natural light without filters to avoid color discrepancies. Providing more photos is always helpful for reference during the creation process. ◌ If insufficient photos are available, consider a framed half-body piece, which only requires a front-facing photo. If you still wish for a full-body sculpture, please message us to discuss alternative solutions. ◌ During production, we may need to clarify certain details with you. Please ensure you are reachable. ◌ We will send you photos of the completed piece from all angles for your confirmation. Minor adjustments to patterns and details can be made upon request. However, please note that modifications to fur color and eye color are not possible, as colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions. ◌ Free repairs are limited to a maximum of 5 times. Subsequent repairs will incur a fee. ◌ Upon your final approval, the item will be carefully packaged and shipped. As we will confirm with you before sealing the package, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after shipping. ■ Specifications: ◌ Full-body pet (dog/cat): Available in two sizes (approximately 15cm or 20cm in length, nose to tail). (Please message us for specifications for other types of pets.) ◌ Full-body small pet (e.g., hamster): Approximately 10cm in length (nose to tail). ◌ Framed piece: Available in two sizes (half-body in a 4x6 frame, or headshot in a 3.5x3.5 frame). (Head width for dogs/cats is approximately 8-9cm). ■ Additional Information: ⌑ For full-body creations, you may provide your pet's fur, ashes, or whiskers. These will be incorporated into the body during the felting process. (Optional small colored glass bottles are also available for purchase.) If you wish to have real fur subtly integrated into the surface of the piece, we have methods to handle different fur types. Please message us for details. Whiskers can be incorporated into the face of the sculpture. ⌑ We dedicate our utmost effort and time to creating each pet's likeness. The creation process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity, to ensure the highest quality. Your patience is greatly appreciated. ⌑ As this is a labor of love and time, cancellations and refunds are not possible once production has begun. ⌑ As each piece is handmade, a 100% exact replica is not possible, and some variations are to be expected. Please refer to our past work for an understanding of our style. Orders will only be confirmed upon acceptance of these conditions. ⌑ Actual size may vary by +-1-2cm. Minor color and size discrepancies are inherent in handmade items. If you are a perfectionist regarding product quality, please refrain from ordering. We appreciate your understanding. ⌑ If loose fibers or small fuzz balls appear on the surface due to friction, simply trim them with small scissors. This will not affect the overall appearance of the wool felt. Please avoid excessive rubbing, pulling, or allowing your pet to scratch the piece. ⌑ Photos of completed works will be publicly displayed on our personal fan pages, Instagram, and other platforms. ⌑ The wooden display stand and dried flowers shown in the photos are not included with the product. ⌑ Optional add-ons are available: collars with engraved name tags, and display in glass domes or acrylic boxes with dried floral arrangements. Please inquire for details. ⌑ Upon completion, we will ask for your final confirmation for any minor adjustments. Once approved, the item will be shipped. Please ensure you remain in contact. If we lose contact or the package is not claimed for an unknown reason for over 6 months, the piece will be considered forfeited and will be kept by us. The deposit will also not be refunded in such cases, as it will be considered an abandoned order.
