The prototype was inspired by the mascot Kuper, based on the Beast-shaped Vessel Stand from the Spring and Autumn period. Its uniquely shaped head makes it difficult to determine its original function. Drawing from this inspiration, the National Museum of History developed an animation that tells the story of Kuper and its collection companions on a journey of self-discovery. The “Kuper Adventure” mascot merchandise highlights Kuper as the key featured product, beloved by both children and adults!
