If you wish to change the photo after the draft is completed, a modification fee of 100 NTD per photo will apply. 3. We focus on natural aesthetics, adjusting light and tone during production without applying beautifying filters. If this is a concern, please provide a beautified photo. Refund & Returns// If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of 100 NTD per photo will be charged. Custom-made "paid services" are exempt from the seven-day appreciation period, therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted. (We are unable to resell your ordered product to a second party) In cases of defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns are also not accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions// 1. Select the item you wish to customize, place your order, and complete payment. 2. After completing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photos are confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For the physical product, a draft will be provided for your review and confirmation within 1-3 days. 6. After your confirmation, printing and production will be arranged. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer, as specified in their individual descriptions. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of dispatch once your printed product is packaged. Early arrival will result in earlier shipment.
