The Brown Sparrow Fan is a perennial succulent plant with opposite leaves. Its fan-shaped leaves are brown and unmarked, with white edges and irregular wavy serrations. They grow to about 1-2 cm long, displaying a greenish-brown to grayish-brown color without farina on the surface. Insufficient light during cultivation can lead to etiolation (stretched stems and leaves), a loose plant structure, greener leaves, fading of the edge color, and a lack of vitality. Conversely, strong direct sunlight in the summer can cause the leaf tips to wither.
